Lino Leal’s journey into welding started with a dream. Growing up in South Houston, Texas, in a low-income household, he knew that learning a trade could be his key to success. Welding became more than just a skill—it became his path to a better future.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in welding and the oilfield industry, Lino saw an opportunity to give back. He founded Texas Made Welding Academy with one goal: to help the next generation of welders build a successful career.
